ABOUT US
The idea for Health Mission International was born during David and Martha Kamara’s visit to Sierra Leone in 2013, when Martha experienced firsthand the very deplorable conditions people lived in. The idea came to a clearer focus when one of her relatives suffered a stroke, but could not access Rehabilitation services there, so he had to travel to the United States where he sought treatment for a year.
Our Services Include:
• Physical, occupational and speech therapy
• Basic medical services
• Running free clinics to test for diabetes, high blood pressure and making recommendations/treating with available medications
• Educating patients on these critical disease areas on how to minimize/avoid complications
• As a Biblically-Based HealthCare institution, this mission will provide spiritual, emotional and physical hope to the people of Sierra Leone.
